The Generic flat 4 engine is perfect for custom builds. This design is similar to our Sand Scorcher engine and can use all the same exhaust styles.
NOTE: this engine will not fit the Tamiya Sand Scorcher or Rough Rider. It differs as it is a complete engine with no cut outs. The engine includes a mount point to help install on custom projects.
The purchase includes the complete engine and 5 different exhausts (Sidewinder Exhaust, Vertical Exhaust, Turned Down Exhaust, Vertical Race Exhaust and Twin Cannon Exhaust).
To install the Twin Cannon Exhaust you will need to trim the top exhaust outlets on the engine.
The STL 3D files and G-codes are included in the download.The G-codes can be sent directly to your printer and come with our recommended settings, orientation & supports for printing in PLA filament. These G-codes are a recommended starting point for those new to 3D printing.
G-codes are Included for the Bambu Lab (X1) & Prusa series of printers. The Prusa G-codes should also work on other printers such as the Ender series of printers that have a print bed 20x20cm or larger.
