Store credit Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all licence types in addition to the specific terms specified for each licence type below.
1. Eligibility and Roll Over
Store Credits are available exclusively to active subscribers of Knight Customs. Credits will roll over as long as the subscription remains active. If the subscription becomes inactive for any reason, all accumulated Store Credits will be forfeited.
2. Award of Store Credits
Store Credits are awarded based on the subscription tier chosen by the subscriber. The amount of Store Credits awarded may vary according to the subscription tier and is subject to change at Knight Customs' discretion.
3. Use and Redemption
Store Credits can only be used for discounts on Knight Customs 3D files available on Knightcustoms.com. Store Credits cannot be converted into cash, credit, or any other form of currency. No cash or credit will be issued for any unused Store Credit balance.
4. Variability
The number and value of Store Credits may change each month at the sole discretion of Knight Customs without prior notice.
5. Redemption Restrictions
Store Credits are valid only for purchases of Knight Customs 3D files on Knightcustoms.com and cannot be used for any other products, services, or on other websites.
6. Non-Transferability
Store Credits are non-transferable and cannot be traded, gifted, or shared. They are intended solely for the use of the subscriber to whom they were awarded.
7. General Conditions
By participating in the Store Credits program, subscribers agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Knight Customs reserves the right to modify or terminate the Store Credits program and these terms at its sole discretion.

Personal licence
Non-Commercial Use Agreement for "Knight Customs®" 3D Printing Models
This Non-Commercial Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Knight Customs® LLC (the "Licensor"), and the Licensee (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your"). This Agreement governs the licensing of 3D printing models created by Knight Customs® and shared on Knightcustoms.com, collectively referred to as the "Knight Customs®" designs. By purchasing the "Knight Customs® Personal use" tier subscription on Knightcustoms.com, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Grant of Personal Use:
1.1. Non-Commercial Rights: The Licensor hereby grants You a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable rights to print "Knight Customs®" designs shared on Knightcustoms.com for personal use, under the following conditions:
2. Applications of Use
2.1 This license applies only to the 3D Printing method of manufacture. These files may not be used to make injection molded parts, or be produced with any other mass-manufacturing method other than 3D printing.
3. Sharing and Distribution
3.1 Sharing of Files: The Files may NOT be shared, sold, or redistributed in any way. That includes STL Files, 3MF files, Links, or any file downloaded from this membership.
4. General Provisions:
4.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
4.2. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of a jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by the parties. In the absence of mutual agreement, any legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of a jurisdiction that the Licensor, in their sole discretion, deems appropriate for the resolution of such disputes.
4.3. Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
By purchasing the tier subscription on Knightcustoms.com, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement is effective as of the date of purchase.
Commercial Licence
Commercial Licensing Agreement for "Knight Customs®" 3D Printing Models
This Commercial Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Knight Customs® (the "Licensor"), and the Licensee (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your"). This Agreement governs the licensing of 3D printing models created by Knight Customs® and shared on Knightcustoms.com, collectively referred to as the "Knight Customs®" designs. By purchasing the Commercial License tier subscription on Knightcustoms.com, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License:
1.1. Commercial Rights: The Licensor hereby grants You a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to sell physical 3D prints of the "Knight Customs®" designs shared on Knightcustoms.com, under the following conditions:
2. Responsibility and Liability:
2.1. Quality Assurance: You are solely responsible for the safety and quality of the 3D prints you sell. The Licensor shall not be liable for any defects, injuries, or disputes arising from the use or sale of the printed items.
2.2. Dispute Resolution: You agree to handle and resolve any disputes that may occur between you and your customers regarding the 3D printed items. The Licensor shall not be responsible for any such disputes.
3. Applications of Use

5.1. Month-to-Month Basis: This license applies on a month-to-month basis. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to change at any time without prior notice by the Licensor.
5.2. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your commercial licensing subscription, you must cease listing and selling "Knight Customs®" designs and remove old listings immediately upon cancelation.
