James Knight, the founder of Knight Customs, has been passionate about radio control (RC) models since a young age, when he first discovered hobby-grade RC models at his local hobby shop.

Fascinated by the miniature scale details and performance that go hand in hand with the hobby, James' passion is driven by the belief that there is something magical about building a model that moves and looks exactly like its full-size counterpart.

History of Knight Customs

In 2013, James founded Knight Customs to take advantage of the proliferation of 3D printing technology. Knight Customs is pioneering the use of 3D printing to bring designs to market that were previously impractical to create using traditional manufacturing and retail distribution methods.
